In a word, yes!
We’ve tried our best to make setting up and using a mobile app as simple and as efficient as possible for you.
But before we detail what other platforms we integrate with, a quick note on what an integration even is.
Every time you add another layer to your technology bundle, you’ve got to figure out a way to get the new layer to “talk to” the existing layers. For example, if I’ve got an Apple and you’ve got a PC, the programs we use are different, and may not always allow us to send documents back and forth as easily as we’d like.
That system gets even more complicated when we start adding in things like security, financial transactions, and lots of code.
Here’s where we’re trying to make it easy.
We’ve done our homework to figure out the most commonly used software in the HOA community, from accounting to payments to keyless entry systems. Then, we’ve tasked our engineers with building in integrations – systems of connection – that allow MokoApp to “talk to” each of those software systems.
So, if you use TOPS, Vantaca, Caliber, VMS or VIZPin, you’re all set. We’ve got integration partnerships in place with all those folks, and can ensure that we’re not adding in a layer of technology that creates problems for your other systems, but instead creates a seamless flow of information.
One of the most common use cases for integrations is with our Digital Pool Pass service. For example, we can pull in dues balances from your accounting platform and automatically invalidate households who are late on their payments or are in poor standing.
When your software systems talk to each other, you get to make more informed decisions.
We are also in talks with other industry platforms. If your current platform is not on this list, and you’re interested in working with us, please let us know. From a technology perspective, we can integrate with any platform that has an open API. That simply means that we can get in on the backend and create an integration.
